Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identifying potential clients through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
  • Qualifying inbound leads generated by marketing.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline in the CRM.

Client Outreach & Meetings

  • Making cold and warm calls to decision-makers.
  • Conducting discovery calls to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Pitching tailored solutions/products to potential clients.

Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Following up consistently to accelerate deals.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover to account management after closing.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Preparing and presenting proposals.
  • Handling objections professionally and persuasively.
  • Closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Performance Tracking

  • Recording activities and progress in the CRM.
  • Reporting on KPIs such as calls, meetings, proposals, closes, and revenue.
  • Providing feedback to marketing about lead quality.
