Candidate Sourcing

Finding suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach.

Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Searching proactively for candidates that match specific job requirements.


Screening & Assessment

Reviewing CVs and application forms.

Conducting intake or screening calls with candidates.

Assessing communication skills, work experience, motivation, availability, and overall fit for the role.


Recruitment Process Coordination

Helping ensure only qualified and suitable candidates move forward.

Comparing candidates against role requirements and client expectations.

Supporting decision-making by sharing summaries, notes, and recommendations.
